What are the requirements to create an account?
Creating an account is simple. You only need to register with accurate personal or business information. Once your account is created, you can start creating shipments immediately.
Will I pay any commissions or hidden fees?
No. There are no hidden fees or commissions for creating an account. You only pay for the shipping services you use.
Will I receive invoices for my shipping payments?
Yes. All shipping payments are properly invoiced according to applicable regulations.
Can I send Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments?
Yes. COD shipments are available through FedEx COD service.
Please note that cash is the only accepted payment method for COD deliveries.
Can I choose which carrier to use?
Yes. You can choose the carrier you prefer when creating your shipment. Our platform allows you to compare available carriers and select the best option for each shipment.
What will appear as the sender name?
The sender name will be the profile name registered in your account.
However, when creating a shipping label, you can modify the sender information and use a different personal or company name if needed.
Can I add my own carrier contract?
Currently this is not supported.
Instead, we negotiate competitive shipping rates with multiple carriers and provide these rates directly to our customers through the platform.
Is an API available?
At the moment, an API integration is not available.
Our platform is designed to provide a simple and powerful interface that allows users to manage shipments easily without requiring technical integrations.
How long does it take to start shipping?
You can start shipping in just a few minutes. After creating your account and entering your shipment details, you can generate your first shipping label immediately.
